Be Respectful, Be Excellent, Be Accepting, Be a Leader

This is a B Day.

8th Grade: Attention 8th graders – If you are considering one of our LPS high schools other than your home school, your parents need to fill out an Open Enrollment application.  The application process is from October 1 to January 31.  See the counseling office for more details and an Open Enrollment form.

ALL GRADES:

By proclamation of the Governor, October 21-27, 2012 is designated as Colorado Safe Schools Week.  To prepare for this week, we are showing a video each day promoting good character.  We strive to make Euclid Middle School a positive and caring place for all.  Did you know that at the bottom of Euclid Middle School's website there is an Anonymous Safe2Tell report line?  Teachers, please watch the following video with your 1st class of the day: http://www.values.com/inspirational-stories-tv-spots/72-Locker - Character locker video

OOH LA LA!  Did you know the French word connoisseur has been the most frequently used word on Scripps National Spelling Bee word lists? Want to know some other insider tips to conquer the spelling bee?  Do you love to spell? If so, join Spelling Club!  Spelling Club will begin on Wednesday October 24th at 7:15 AM in room 82.  It is open to all grades and will be held every Wednesday morning.  Hope to see you there!

It's only two weeks away!  The Stride is rapidly approaching so make sure you register for all the fun on October 28. The other middle schools have challenged us to win the School Competition for $1000!  Register your family and all your friends under Euclid's name so we can have the largest percentage of participants as possible.  Go to runthestride.com or see Mr. Fischer to register or for more information.

Don't forget that Mr. Richardson or Mr. Thelen will be in the library on Thursday after school for a HW Help! session.  They look forward to seeing you there.
