Are you looking for ways to save for college?  Do you wonder how you will be able to pay for college?  Do you know there is money out there right now that you can be applying for to help you?  If you would like to find the answers to these questions and many more AVID is hosting a College Invest night.  This is TONIGHT starting at 7:00 PM.   A representative will be here to explain the process to your parents and answer any questions.   Please let your parents know about this opportunity.  It is NEVER too late or too early to start saving for college.

8th Grade: 8th GRADE BOYS” BASKETBALL players remember that we will only practice today this week so please make every effort to be there. We will be hosting Goddard here at Euclid for the Quarterfinals on Thursday.

ALL GRADES: National Junior Honor Society will meet THIS FRIDAY, February 27 in the double classroom.  This will take the place of our March meeting.  Some students will receive notes to request that you bring food.

8th Grade: 8th GRADE GIRLS it’s finally here!  VOLLEYBALL season will begin today with an organizational meeting in the activity room at 2:50 p.m. Get your $30 fee and yellow cards turned in then or as soon as possible. Full practices will be held March 2, 3, 4 and 9 with our first game being March 10 at Goddard.

The AVID College Information Night is this Thursday, February 26 in the cafeteria at 7:00 PM.  All Students and Parents are welcome to attend.  Learn various ways to save for college, including 529 plans and have all your questions answered by College Invest college specialists.  Find out about requirements for the state-funded CollegeInvest Early Achievers Scholarship for 7th, 8th and 9th grade students.

Littleton High School will hold their Highlight of Choices on Tuesday, February 18, 2009 at 6:30.  Registration will be held March 9, 12, 18 at 5:00.

Arapahoe High School will offer Freshman Showcase on Monday, March 2, 2009 at 7:00 PM.  Registration will be April 6, 2009.
