Be Respectful, Be Excellent, Be Accepting, Be a Leader

This is a W Day.

6th Grade:

Attention all 6th graders, the 6th grade Falcon Feather Reward second semester is coming up soon. If you would like to attend you must have completed all 4 of your falcon feathers or have earned at least 1 new feather this semester. Those of you that have not, we highly encourage you to complete your feathers. May 11th is the last day you are able to turn in your feathers. Earn your feathers 6th graders!

Attention 6th and 7th graders:

Are you interested in running, developing better stamina and meeting new friends this summer? Ms. Fidler and Heritage High School are putting on a summer running camp! Fliers can be picked up in the gym--or you can see Ms. Fidler. Come check it out!

7th Grade:

Yearbook Staff applications are due with your registration card. Check with your core teachers if you don't know when your registration card is due. There will be no late applications taken. Please consider applying for this great opportunity. You can also see Mrs. Broyles in room 2125 if you have additional questions.

8th Grade:

Hey 8th graders! Next Thursday, May 10th is the eighth grade party. This year's theme is black and white with Mardi Gras. The party lasts from 3-4:15 pm so make sure to come because it's completely free thanks to the PTO. There will be Chick-Fil-A, chocolate fountain, photo booth, dancing, and more! We'll see you there!

All Grades:

On Friday, May 4th we are going to have a Hat Day for the March and April Be REAL winners. Since we had so many students from each grade level recognized, the PBIS committee thought it would be a great time to have something like a hat day so that many students can participate. We are going to invite the students to come into the cafeteria on Friday morning before the start of school to get a stamp to signify that they can wear a hat during school. If you do not get a stamp, you will not be able to wear a hat. Names of students that are able to participate in this fun day will be posted in the cafeteria and outside the counseling office. Also, please remember that if your hat is a distraction to the learning environment you may be asked to remove it by your classroom teacher. If you have any questions please ask an administrator or one of the counselors.

Time is almost up and the chance to buy a t-shirt is almost up! Bring $10 and the order form to your lunch Friday, May 4th. Or Tuesday, May 8th to get a t-shirt! Remember that everything that gets nominated goes to the Water Project.

Did you purchase a yearbook this year? Limited supply is left! Check the lists on the cafeteria windows to see if you have purchased a yearbook.  If you are not on the list, you may still purchase one for $30 through Infinite Campus or cash or check to Mrs. Kelley the bookkeeper.
