We are keeping it REAL about suicide prevention this week. Today, we are focusing on being Excellent and learning how to ACT when a friend is struggling.
Acknowledge: that a friend or classmate has problems and that the symptoms are serious.
Care: let the friend know you are there for them, and want to help.
Tell: a trusted adult about their concerns.
Don't forget to stop by the information booth today to learn about the ACT message and to get more information on suicide prevention. Remember to wear your Yellow Ribbon Bracelet this week!!
Attention spelling bee participants - If you qualified for the spelling bee, don't forget it takes place the Tuesday after break, December 3. It will begin at 12:30 in the double classroom. You will be excused from class at that time. Don't forget you can invite two friends and any family members to join you. See Mrs. Grenawalt in room 104 if you have any questions.
Lost and Found will be donated on Friday, November 22. If you are missing a coat, sweater, jacket please check the Lost and Found before Thursday, November 21.

Strategy lovers and chess experts, the annual Littleton Public Schools Chess Tournament will take place on Saturday, December 7 at Newton Middle School from 8 AM - 2:30 PM. Registration forms are available in student services. The deadline for signing up is this Friday, November 22, right before Thanksgiving break. If you're interested, pick up your form now because no onsite or late registrations can be accepted.
