Did you know that short bursts of intense exercise help relieve stress? According to the New York Times, in school a child who gets more activity on a daily basis, Dr. Hatfield said, will respond better to everyday stressors like tests and social challenges. Getting physical activities gives kids and teenagers endorphins and a release that will helps during stressful or busy times.
Euclid students, since this week is stress week, we have a physical challenge for you.
Push up challenge (can do regular or on knees) Wednesday: 3 Push Ups.
This challenge will continue on for the rest of this week and next week. See your teacher if you would like the full 30 day challenge.
